I arrive one hour before the agreed start time, usually with my roadie/husband and set up my equipment where required, do a quick sound check and then I’m good to go!

Of course…I have an extensive set list from which you may choose your songs, or you can leave it up to me to choose them for you, whatever you prefer 🙂

I always say to my clients – let me know what the song is and I will have a quick listen to it and decide if I feel I’d be able to learn the song to a high standard, in my style. If so, then I normally have to charge a fee of £50 per song for the time it takes to learn a song properly.

I take a small deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is payable only on the day of your wedding or event.

I don’t have a written contract, however I take our emails and booking confirmation that I provide you, as the agreement between us. As I’m not an agency, our ‘contract’ is based on reputation and two way trust.

All of my equipment is BOSE.
Depending on the size and logistics of your event, I have a small Bose S1 that I mainly use for wedding ceremonies, a Bose L1 Compact system that I use for the vast majority of wedding receptions and a larger Bose L1 Model 2 system that I occasionally use for large or loud events.

Yes, provided I’m performing in dry weather and under cover/shade if needed.

Yes i have valid PLI certificates and my equipment is fully PAT tested.

I’ve cancelled only 2 performances in the past 10 years due to unavoidable illness. So in the very unlikely event that I needed to cancel, I would do my very best to help find you a suitable replacement and of course refund anything you had paid.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, you just lose your deposit. As much notice as possible is kindly appreciated.
